Valú has always been our dream in our hearts and in the drawer, one of those that make you say and hope, who knows if one day it will become reality... and it's precisely during the years spent in England that the idea and dream of opening our own place slowly begins to come true, strolling through the streets of London, working in different bakeries, sipping afternoon tea, we began to think about how we could really make it happen. We knew from the beginning that our purpose was to give our guests (that's how we like to define our customers) a special experience, and that's what they continue to do every day. Valú is our place in the world, a place made of smiles, courtesy, and kindness, attention to the smallest details because those are the ones that make the difference, and if you like the smell of freshly baked biscuits, we look forward to welcoming you!
